The company designs, develops, and supplies a diverse portfolio of products, including transfer cases, torque couplers, synchronizer systems, and transmissions (manual, DCT, and EV) to major domestic and global OEMs like Toyota, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Tata Motors. It is a leading supplier of transfer case systems in India and has expanded its capabilities to include solutions for electric and hybrid vehicles. Following the dissolution of a joint venture with BorgWarner in 2016, the company operates as an independent entity. It became a publicly listed company on the BSE and NSE in India after its IPO in March 2023.
