a16z Speedrun is the flagship accelerator program from Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) for early-stage (pre-seed/seed) startups. It is a highly selective, 12-week in-person program that focuses on companies at the intersection of technology, AI, gaming, and entertainment. Participants receive capital, mentorship from a16z experts and industry leaders, and access to a network of founders, culminating in a Demo Day. The program, which launched in 2023, has multiple cohorts per year and has invested over $180 million across more than 150 companies.
