Olive Hill Group (OHG) is a private equity firm with investment strategies in media, real estate, and venture capital. The firm operates through affiliates including Olive Hill Real Estate, Olive Hill Media, and Olive Hill Ventures. The venture arm supports a portfolio of high-growth companies, while the real estate division specializes in acquiring and managing commercial properties, particularly creative office spaces in Southern California. The current multi-strategy firm was established in 2016, evolving from a commercial real estate investment firm originally founded in 1971.
